- Thoroughly document the design processes at every phase of the project to ensure consistency in language and accurate representation of the project and its outcomes for future reference.

- Developed a functional prototype of an intuitively designed inventory management system, integrating new scanning technology into the ProShop ERP system.
- Conducted on-site user testing at a manufacturing site, receiving positive feedback and overall acceptance of the prototype.
