During this industry project, our client was ProShop ERP, a leading manufacturing software focused on enhancing efficiency and streamlining processes for their clients.

Role: Project Manager

  • Effectively oversee and lead the team to ensure collaboration, productivity, and a positive work environment.
  • Manage task scope, estimation, and deadline scheduling to ensure projects stay on track and are completed efficiently.
  • Maintain clear and open lines of communication with clients, addressing their needs and keeping them informed about project progress.
  • Thoroughly document the design processes at every phase of the project to ensure consistency in language and accurate representation of the project and its outcomes for future reference.

Project Highlights:
  • Developed a functional prototype of an intuitively designed inventory management system, integrating new scanning technology into the ProShop ERP system.
  • Conducted on-site user testing at a manufacturing site, receiving positive feedback and overall acceptance of the prototype.
